What if the buyer confirms the payment and transfer the INR to seller but Seller doesn't confirm the payment? What Should the Buyer do?

If a Buyer picks the Sell Order and transfer the INR to the Seller's account or if a buyer complete the INR transfer to Seller's account who picked the Buy order and the Seller didn't confirm the payment in this case the Buyer can raise a dispute with OrderID and adequate proof validating the dispute request such as a transaction statement, Screenshot of the transaction.

A Flux support manager will look into the dispute and try to solve the Dispute within 24hours.
