How to and who can raise a Dispute?
The dispute can be raised once "Raise Dispute" button appears on the order. This can only be done when a trade has a certain status, for example, when the payment window is expired and trade status is "confirmed" - buyer can raise a dispute. When status of contract is “Paid” - seller immediately can start a dispute.
