How to Activate/Enable 2FA on Android/iPhone?

Activating Google Authenticator

  • Go to your profile and choose the MFA tab, You will see a QR code with a 16-digit key.

  • Scan this into Google Authenticator app.

  • Now back up the 16-digit key (Somewhere safe in physical form, Not on any email or online platform) to prevent the future trouble for a case like loss of mobile or accidental uninstallation of the app.

  • Enter your password into the password field and the number/OTP shown by google authenticator into OTP field and click on activate.

On iPhone:

  • Download "Google Authenticator" App from App Store.

  • Open the app and you will see two options "Scan Barcode" and "Manual Entry".

  • Either scan the barcode or manually enter the 16 digit key from the 2FA session in your Flux profile.

  • After scanning the barcode or manual entry you have to enter the profile password and OTP shown in the app on your 2FA profile session.

  • Your 2FA is now enabled.

On Android:

  • Download "Google Authenticator" App from Play Store.

  • Open the app and you will see two options "Scan Barcode" and "Manual Entry".

  • Either scan the barcode or manually enter the 16 digit key from the 2FA session in your Flux profile.

  • After scanning the barcode or manual entry you have to enter the profile password and OTP shown in the app on your 2FA profile session.

  • Your 2FA is now enabled.

Manual Entry:

Instead of Scanning the Barcode, A user may add his 16-Digit Backup Key Manually. Follow the steps mentioned below.

  • Download "Google Authenticator" App from Store.

  • Open the app and you will see two options "Scan Barcode" and "Manual Entry". Click On Manual Entry.

  • Enter your 16 Digit Key along with Account Name.

  • Your 2FA is now enabled.
